Interact, eTransfer and Cash are our preferred methods of payment.

All refunds are subjected to an $25 administrative fee.

24 hours is mandatory to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please be aware a missed appointment or late cancellation is missed income for the therapist.

If you are looking for your invoice from your treatment please log into your patient portal and select billing. If you do not see your most recent invoice please check back next day then send us an email if it is still not there.
